At Steel Toes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and include all tags and documentation provided in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse inspects and processes your refund.
